Tran-X English LSD

This extremely versatile unit is designed to fit into the English axle, which has been the backbone of motor sport for many years. This Tran-X designed LSD is a versatile alternative to the well-known Salisbury English LSD but with a much wider choice of ramp angles. This allows the unit to be set up to suit a variety of disciplines making sure the LSD is right for your requirements. A much more progressive action is achieved from this design meaning it is more manageable when the unit locks allowing you control the car whatever the level of grip.

We can supply the LSD to fit 22T,16T, or 18T half shafts making it extremely versatile but with the added strength of running on larger bearing journals means a longer lasting product. Larger bearings are supplied with the LSD. We can also fit this LSD into a customer provided carrier ready to fit into your car. We completely strip the carrier and extensively clean and check. The crown wheel and pinion are then crack tested for extra piece of mind. Finally all parts are reassembled with new bearings and seals ensuring all tolerances are correct and backlash is at the correct level.
